A roof mounted solar system comprising of the largest to date, JA Solar 595 watt solar modules, linking with the just released Powervault P5 complete solar control and storage system, providing the perfect Prosumer energy production and storage system.
The mounting system designed using Renusol design software starting to take shape.

The 15 kwh Powervault P5, undergoing the final installation steps of connection to the solar arrays, data network and distribution system.
The Powervault team on site to overseeing our first P5 installation and commission.
The testing and commissioning complete and the system is already generating and storing energy.
The north / south system has already generated in excess of 35 kwh in a day.
The property proved a little challenging due to the limited available south facing roof areas.
Choosing the huge JA Solar 595 watt panels on the shallow pitched north facing roof to extract as much energy as possible, supplemented by the smaller array on the south facing garage. The combination of the arrays has already generated in excess on 35 kwh in a single day during August.
Can this system top 50 kwh a day during peak summer ? Its a definite possibility.
This Powervault P5 is the 15 kw DC version, provides a complete solar conversion, storage and distribution system.
With the energy monitoring equipment and integral control system, the P5 is already processing, storing and distributing energy to reduce its owners grid reliance as far as possible.
The imported energy and costs can be reduced even further if Powervaults “SmartSTOR” system is enabled. This system will build a profile of what energy is used and when, tracking weather predictions and using the gathered information to control the battery discharge and charging, pushing the systems efficiency levels to a whole new level.
SmartSTOR even hosts a function that’s compatible with the National Grids Demand Flexibility Service (DFS) enabling the system to store energy and feed it back to the grid during the saving sessions to reap some significant rewards for the owner.
