SCOPE OF WORKS – System Electrical Group have successfully completed the scheme to upgrade the electricity distribution infrastructure at Llysfasi college.

Replacement of distribution panels and electricity network sub mains to existing and proposed new buildings, replacing an aging system to provide a new, larger capacity distribution network to enable further future expansion.

Much of the works were undertaken whilst the college was in use, this was made possible by careful planning and installing a new distribution network, comprising of over 1.35 km of cables were installed alongside the existing network, followed by a series of change overs before decommission the old system.

This methodology enabled the college to operate as normal with minimal disruption.
