Flint Solar farm is a 2 Mw facility generating almost 3500 mWh of energy each year, the facility which has circa 9000 solar panels, sustained some damage during a recent storm.
System Electrical Group have been employed by Flintshire County Council to assess and rectify the damage.
The work comprising of a detailed survey of the damage, sourcing of replacement components and undertaking the replacement of damaged solar panels and mounting systems, and repairing the DC cabling to testing to ensure the facility is generating to its maximum capability.
